Over-25 years in Sales, 14 years Management, in various industries have brought me both a broad and in-depth view on business. From manufacturer, wholesaler, and retail perspective, each with their own dynamics. Always keeping eye for the big picture as well as for detail, which is essential in Sales Management. Best-in-class experience I gained by working at large multinationals (i.e. Reed Elsevier/RELX Group, Fossil Group Inc.). Having gone through all Sales roles myself, from Account Manager to Sales Director, I do know what drives Salespeople and how to get the best out of them.

Diverse and proven track record

In the role of Sales Director I successfully led a large Sales organization (50 heads, 20 Mio revenue base) through change in a challenging context. As entrepreneur, I created from scratch an online business platform in E-Mobility, which I subsequently sold and further developed in the role of CEO of a german SME.
